- 1. Application for the Product should be made in prescribed application form only.
- 2. All Associates who have paid towards purchase Products are authorized to promote of the concept.
- 3. All associates to promote the products of the company are eligible to receive Level profits from the company.
- 4. “Associate”: Shall mean for the purpose of D.J.S. Business corporations Associate Terms & Conditions a person/ Organizations /Corporations who has applied mentioned under clause herein and whose application has accepted by Royal Infotrade. “Membership”: shall mean the relationship between D.J.S. Business corporations and any individual who has registered with Royal Infotrade as an Associate.
- 5. ELIGIBILITY TO BECOME AN ASSOCIATE:
a-.Only applicants aged 18 years and above/organizations may apply to become an Associate.
b. In order to become an Associate of D.J.S. Business corporations ,an applicant is required to complete and sign the Associate Application Form and shall irrevocably agree to abide by the D.J.S. Business corporations Associate Terms & Conditions , Code of Conduct , D.J.S. Business corporations Incentive Programme and any of its policies.
c. Every Applicant should submit the photo copies of his/her valid Identity and Address proof as per KYC Compliance.
d. An Associate is prohibited from submitting any false or inaccurate information to D.J.S. Business corporations. An Associate shall inform D.J.S. Business corporations of any changes affecting the accuracy of the Associate’s details D.J.S. Business corporations reserves the right to immediately terminate any Associate in the event it determines that false or inaccurate information was provided by the said Associate.
- 6.TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
An Associate‘s Membership shall be terminated if he/she (or any one of the spouse / partner/ party / member of the company including proxy) is directly or indirectly involved in any of the disciplinary cases such as:
a-Involved in other companies /network of the same nature as D.J.S. Business corporations or any company having Competition with D.J.S. Business corporations.
b-. In breach of D.J.S. Business corporations Terms & Conditions .Code of Conduct D.J.S. Business corporations Reward and Incentive Programme or any of its policies.
c. conducting any activities that directly or indirectly will bring negative effects to D.J.S. Business corporations or Affect Royal Infotrade‘s goodwill .
d .making false claims relating to the Product (s) Service (s) or the D.J.S. Business corporations Reward and Incentive Programme.
- 7-PAYOUT, DEDUCTIONS FROM BONUS/ INCENTIVES:
a-The closing date as mentioned of every month and soon after closing all the payments shall Be credited to the E-Wallet of respective Associates. The Amount will be fully usable as, per Company policy. The balance payment in Electronic Wallet will be transferred to the Bank‘s accounts of Associates after 2-5 days of closing date (dates may vary as per gazetted holidays etc).
b- TDS certificates shall be issued to respective Associates after each financial year closing .
c- D.J.S. Business corporations reserves the full and absolute right ,at any point of time. To withhold or suspend or terminate an
Associate‘s benefits including but not limited to bonuses, incentives, entitlements etc in the event :
d- An Associate who is currently in the process of due inquiry conducted by Royal Infotrade for allegedly violating any provisions of the D.J.S. Business corporations Membership Terns & Conditions, Code of Conduct D.J.S. Business corporations Reward and incentive Programme or any of its policies.
- 8-RESPONSIBILTIES OF AN ASSOCIATE:
a- An Associate is independent and is free to operate on his own. Therefore. an Associate shall not claim or represent as an employee of or having employment relationship with D.J.S. Business corporations, An Associate is strictly prohibited from representing himself as such. Disciplinary action shall be taken on those who have Breached this regulation.
- 9-NOMINEE:
a-An Associate may appoint any person of the same nationality as his Nominee. If no nominee is named In the Application
form, the Nominee shall be the next of kin. However if there is a dispute relating to the nominee after the death of an Associate
,the appropriate court shall decide the Nominee. D.J.S. Business corporations reserves the right to suspend any benefits
including but not limited to bonuses and commissions until a final Decision is made by the Court .
b-If a Distributor passes away, the nominee will automatically take over the Membership. If no beneficiary is named, the transfer of distributorship will be determined as per the law prevailing in the country. Simultaneously. D.J.S. Business corporations reserves the right to suspend any and all benefits including but not limited to bonuses, commissions until the issue is resolved.
- 10. In case any Business Associate or broker does any activity against the interest of the Company or involve In promotion of any
project of other company the Company shall be at liberty to take disciplinary action against the Business Associate or broker
including suspension and termination of his/her services without any prior notice.
- 11. RIGHTS OF COMPANY-
D.J.S. Business corporations reserves the full and absolute right, at any point of time, even without any prior notice to change, vary or amend or modify the D.J.S. Business corporations Membership Term & Conditions code of Conduct. D.J.S. Business corporations Reward and incentive Programme and any of its policies and to withdraw or suspend or terminate the Membership of any Associate or person as and when necessary.
- 12. DISPUTE :
Should any dispute arise between D.J.S. Business corporations and an Associate, or an Associate with other Associate the parties shall attempt to resolve such dispute in good faith by decision of D.J.S. Business corporations Management will be final and binding to all. No Court proceedings will be allowed at any point of time to resolve the issue.
- 13. Royal Infotrade reserves all rights to change ,rectify or amend any of Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct D.J.S. Business corporations Reward and Incentive Programme and any of its policies from time to time without prior notice to any Associates .
